I arrived for my appointment (first of the day), and the studio wasn’t set up. My manicurist (not Annie) didn’t confirm what type of appointment I had. The manicure wasn’t done down to the cuticle, so it already looks a week old. There were globs on both thumbs that had to be shaved down, now uneven and not to the nail edge. She also cut my finger, making it bleed. The whole thing took nearly 1.5 hours and cost £50, a super disappointing result.
