Came with my boyfriend and his mum. During the appointment, the male nail therapist cut my boyfriend’s mum’s nail and it hurt her: He did not apologise. His colleague apologised but my boyfriend’s mum wanted an apology from the guy that hurt her, but he did not seem to care.
Alongside this, the gel manicure nails were filed even so they are very odd from one another.
Will not be coming back.

I have had better treatments at this place but still quality and price are in a good balance.

Ashley did not do the manicure though I understood she was going to do the manicure. She asked me to come earlier than I wished to come. But when I arrived the salon was empty save for two make therapists. They were off hand and rude. No one came for an appointment during the time I was in the salon, which was about 45 minutes. The men did not speak or understand English very well and hence ignored my requests for a different drying machine or time to wait until the clear polish had dryed.
