I booked and paid for an appointment during my lunch break. When I arrived I was made to wait 20 mins while the man finished soaking someone’s nails & another person’s pedicure. He asked to wait 10 mins more because he was the only person working at the time. I couldn’t because I had a work call. He then asked me to come back later which I only accepted because I had paid £35 already, but delayed my evening plans. In future, they shouldn’t have appointments available to book if they can’t do it

It’s so sad as this place has been my go to for years but they keep accepting bookings they can’t accommodate so every appointment takes double the time it should. One person was trying to give manicures to 3 people at the same time today. It’s just such a bad customer experience
