Arrived at time of my booking and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen - was told someone else was coming but they never did. No apology offered appointment time was simply moved without warning. manicure good so far but 1.45hrs later!

The salon was sloppy and when they made me wait 20 mins despite an appointment they did not care to help me or respect my time or experience. I explained I had to pickup my son so could be late their fault for delay but they charged me for a service

not great manicure done by first specialist but fixed by another lady. My sense is that the first person that did my manicure wasn't a manicure professional as it was a very bad work. It was fixed later by a more experience person.
