The therapist was very lovely but it felt quite rushed and she cut my fingers a bit. The gels didn’t go down to my cuticles so they look a bit shorter than I’d like considering I had long nails to start with. She also didn’t seem to clean/spray the file or clippers between use which I’ve normally seen before. She was very kind though and apologised a lot when my fingers bled a little.
