I think the staff could have been more welcoming. I came here in the past and I had a beautiful experience with another lady. I’m a bit disappointed with this time. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Fair value and nice facility, but had a scheduling issue. I arrived on time but the salon had my appointment scheduled 40 mins before my Treatwell booking, so they marked me as a no-show and I had to wait a while even though it was pretty empty. They also tried to charge extra for a wavy blow dry vs straight, when there wasn’t a price difference in Treatwell. I opted for straight but the stylist used a straightener for most of the treatment vs a full blow dry.
