I paid for a cleansing facial to extract pores etc, yet didn’t receive one. Therapist used a different (easier technique for her but not very effective) only on my forehead and nose. Second time this has happened at this Beauty galaxy venue. I am disappointed second time in a row and won’t be booking again. Treatment room is located within a hair salon so the music is hyper and loud while you try to relax, not a very welcoming staff either.
