I wouldn’t recommend. I can only review for microblading but the treatment was of poor standard & the owner is unprofessional. I’ve unfortunately had to get the pigment lasered off, as (I was given a second opinion where I was told (and thought) the pigment was too dark and the lines were cut too deep into my skin. The worst part was the owner only gave me a 1/3 back and was requesting me to write a statement/sign I am satisfied with the service… without this she wouldn’t give me my money.

Good reviews so I thought I’d give this salon a go as am new to the area. Didn’t listen to my request and ended up dying my hair a completely different colour that looked ginger! I had to go to another salon to correct it. The staff were lovely, however it took a 40min wait despite having an appointment. Too many things wrong so afraid I won’t return.

It was so relaxing, loved the flower ceiling, makes a nice and peaceful change to staring at a blank ceiling when getting a facial. Sonya explained each step of the facial (she offers the choice so if you prefer to relax and enjoy she won’t talk you through it) she was also was very patient and clear answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend and go again
