I wouldn’t normally post a bad review but my experience left me quite upset. I was never asked what style I wanted, or how much I wanted off my hair. She just went to my hair with the scissors and started chopping. No products, heat protector, hair serum or anything. Bad experience and obviously pretty upset now as my hair is far shorter than I wanted.•over 3 years ago
