This was my first visit to Gail. My hair is straight and fine but lots of it and it gets very heavy and shapeless with no body. I had my first ever calligraphy cut and boy do I notice a difference. So much lighter with more body and shape. The salon is so novel and quirky too. It's a beautiful place to visit. It's more pricey than I'm used to paying but worth it if you end up happier with your hair.
