For various reasons, I'd to put back my appointment by over a month and so by the time my appointment came around, my hair needed colouring as well as a cut. The products Gail used are Balmain so I know they're high quality and they smell lovely. I love being in Gail's salon, there's lots to look at and the atmosphere is always friendly yet very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I felt safe, well looked after and that everything was done to make sure I walked out feeling wonderful.

I have really fine hair so Gail does extensions for me to give me a bit extra length and a lot more volume. I have been going to Gail for years as I trust her completely. She listens to what I want and offers helpful suggestions. She is always so welcoming and friendly and is a fantastic colourist as well as the best stylist. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
