The experience in 3 simple words Ambiance / Professional / Exceed. When you first arrive the first thing that hits you is the character and atmosphere of the salon. Not only is it warm and inviting but every piece has been carefully chosen and that's when you realise you're in the hands of a professional. Gail's approach is confident and demonstrates years of experience in her craft. The end result went beyond my expectations, and I'm delighted - Thanks Gail!

This is a great salon and Gail an amazing hairdresser. Gail gives you high end treatments in a really comfortable environment. It’s the standard you would expect in a top city salon but with a neighbourhood feel!! Would not get my hair done anywhere else!
