You can tell Gail is incredibly experienced and takes pride in what she does. I was welcomed by my first name so she clearly checked her diary beforehand. She then offered me a drink and explained the treatment. She took her time between applying the coats of polish so as not to allow it to chip or smudge. Normally it feels rushed and literally my nails are smudged within an hour of leaving a salon but not with Gail. I will definitely be returning. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience!
