The salon has a great welcoming atmosphere, I was offered a lovely herbal tea and made to feel at home straight away. I wanted cut my hair quite a bit shorter and my stylist was amazing, making sure she understood the length and style I wanted exactly. She did a very professional job. I was also told all of their products are organic which I liked

Terrible haircut on my daughter. She asked for one length with some shaping around the front and ended up with what she describes as a ‘Rachel Pac Man’ it is all jagged and uneven. Sides do not match and she was so disappointed. Cannot even tie back to hide it!
