Gaby thoroughly and clearly explained every step of the process to me before I made the decision to go ahead with the full course of treatment. She adjusted the settings of the laser machine according to my pain tolerance and skin type for optimal results and I have experienced 0 irritation or discomfort. Very professional and friendly.
