Very good, Gabriella was a perfectionist, but did arrive 20 mins late.
Wax was a little too hot, but still one of the best I've ever had.

The quality of my wax was good and Gabriela was really friendly, though the treatment room was a little claustrophobic if you're tall like me!

Amazing value for a West End location but more importantly, a place which understands service and its importance. Nothing was too much trouble and great care taken by everyone including the manager to check we were happy. A really refreshing experience.
