The wax itself was great, it was done carefully and she was meticulous about getting everything out. I feel that the room could have done with more air as there was not much ventilation. Overall, a very good wax!

Juliana was lovely! I enjoyed the selection of colours and the shellac was very well done. When I purchased my treatment it was listed as Manicure + Shellac but I did only get a nail shape and bit of cuticle work. But that is perhaps an error in how they are listing it on Wahanda as it's listed in another column as Shellac + Nail Shape or Shellac + Manicure. Either way, I definitely plan to go back as it was very well done shellac and I enjoyed the experience.

Gabriella is so friendly, professional and good at what she does! Very happy with my eyelash extensions. As a first-timer I was a bit worried about how it would turn out but she put me at ease with clear explanations and very careful work. Will recommend to any friends looking to do eyelash extensions for sure.

I was very dissatisfied with the service. They are not equipped for manicure and pedicure at all.
She took me downstairs where the floor was cement and people were washing their hair. I was inhaling all the chemicals. The smell was horrible.Basically it is primarily a hair dressor place and hairdressors washing clients hair. The chair was very uncomfortable. She put my feet in cold water to start with. After I complained she said it is only for 5 minutes. When I insisted she got some hot water in a kettle. For manicure she did not use water at all. There was no table for placing the hands and I had to place my hands on my lap. The room was very cold. There was no provision for drying the nails. I had to wait for a long time in the cold room to dry my nails. I can go on on. But I had to pay the full money.
