No one was wearing face coverings in the salon. Sabrina doesn't really speak English but was very friendly. While she was doing my nails nails with one hand-the other was using her Instagram. Nail refills was great, till 3 nails didn't fall off 9 days later. The atmosphere was s bit awkward, everyone there spoke Portuguese. The reception lady was lovely and tried her best to make me feel comfortable. Overall, time management and communication need to be improved.

I had my appointment at a certain time with a specific tech and my appointment was delayed for over 40 minutes just to find out I was placed with a different tech. Very unprofessional.
