Ro is friendly and kind. She’s quick, gentle and makes you feel really comfortable. Also, she removes the smallest hairs. Highly recommend.

I would give 2 stars at best for removing my fiberglass nails, just ghastly, filed with electric file that my nail bed feeled, was burning a lot even after I said made no change whatsoever. Filed my nails as If I dont have senses, no wish to be returning, I said its “not easy “removing. Was rudely smiling imitating to wave at someone coming in!
