Overall experience was good! Had to wait 15 mins for appt but staff were very apologetic and wax was good.

Gabriela is a great profesional, the waxing wasn't painful at all. I would recommend it and she is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable.

Absolutely fantastic manicure done by Juliana. She was extremely careful with my cuticle as my skin is very thin and can be easily cut too far. She was excellent on her varnish application. All in all, a five-star plus!
