Gabriella is extremely professional talking through the process and reassuring the whole time! Very conscious that it is a sensitive area and really eases the pain. My first hot wax, I've been having strip wax for 5 years, it was the best experience so far

Gabriela was great! She had a good technique which was very quick and considerably less painful than other waxes I've had. She was also really lovely and defo put me at ease. Highly recommended.

Lovely service upon entrance, they gave me a drink and a cake which I think is wonderful because it makes it an experience. The manicure itself was by no means the best I have had but it did the job for a couple of days.

Great location and the therapist was lovely from start to finish. My lashes look amazing and are still looking as good as the day I got them 1 week ago. I'll 100% return!
