Overall a great experience. Gabriela was very friendly and professional and the wax was great. One of the least painful I've ever had and she was very thorough about picking up any stray hairs. Would definitely recommend.

I had a luxury pedicure and was pleased with the results. Great attention to detail paid when my toenails were painted. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
They got new lashes in so that's great! Juliana is very nice and welcoming. They're very busy so sometimes you can wait for a while to start the treatment after your appointment time. But in general I'd recommend.

Lovely salon, located conveniently just off Trafalgar Square. The therapist spoke very basic English so it was a little difficult to communicate at first. Great manicure though, very thorough cuticle work.
