I went here expecting the treatment to take 1 hr max, I was wrong. After a bit of a wait for my turn - it took them 2 hrs to do what normally takes my local beautician 30 minuets tops and that's when my legs and all look like a jungle (she's very good!)
I was given a nice girl who was a beginner but really needed supervising on technique and the time. They then ran out of wax in the machine and we had a wait for it to heat up, by then it was 8. I also had to go back up stairs to finish off the treatment with a more experienced girl.
I came away unable to meet up with my bf, and now have 2 beautiful bruises on my both lower thighs, but my legs are pretty smooth now. Needless to say I won't be coming back :(

Looked quite natural which was good - and it didn't take as long as I expected it would. They also lasted quite a while

The staff here were great, Juliana in particular did a great job with my pedicure. Nice ambience, staff were friendly and relaxed and good value for Covent Garden. I'd definitely go back. And I'd definitely ask for Juliana.

Fabulous service with knowledgeable and experienced therapists who know how to put you at ease. Best wax I have ever had - I won't go anywhere else!
