I had a mani-pedi. Overall I thought it took too long. The pedicure was decent but the mani was below standard. By the next morning it was chipping. Also, the chair I sat on was uncomfortable and the table we used for the mani was wobbling and felt like it would collapse. If I had paid full price for the mani it would have been £25 which is way too expensive for the quality of the experience offered. Also the prices on the website and the prices I was quoted over the phone were not the same. They need to make sure the website is updated and the receptionists have the right information.

Very nice place and salon, staff friendly and helpful. The only thing is the quality of the gel which started to chip a few days after I did it. Went back and they replaced it for me. Very good customer services, but needs to improve quality of products.
