This was my first time at this salon. Marco was lovely - was really attentive, I felt in safe hands and was happy with my haircut. Will definitely come back.

Blow dry not included
First the pros: It’s a clean and pleasant salon. The hair wash was great and the chair actually comfortable for once. Andrea did a thorough job cutting my hair.
Now the cons: Haircut booked on Treatwell does not include a blow dry - even a standard straight with a bit of bounce. I was told it would be £30 extra or Andrea said she could do a quick blow dry that would look nice (but not the professional looking straight with a bit of bounce I wanted, so basically just a rough blow dry). This surprise at the end really ruined it for me. If a haircut doesn’t include a blow dry as standard then GA should clearly state that - I’ve now read past reviews that mention this but wish I’d read more before going. It’s not good enough to recommend without the value of a blow dry included - the haircut was not actually good but I didn’t discover that until I got home because I went home with wet hair and had to blow dry it myself.
