Made me wait for 30mins despite booking, receptionist didn't make me feel welcome at all, my hairdresser barely spoke any English so couldn't understand me and basically just sliced across my hair and said it was done... hair looked awful and I said I was unhappy with it so she kept cutting at made it worse. I don't think she had any qualifications... never going back again.

I had the ombré treatment and highlights. Martin did my treatment for me and I was so pleased with the results, it looked so natural which was exactly what I wanted.
