I've decided to write a review since I was checking the price list and saw a very bad review, which I believe is totally unfair. I had several treatments at the salon and was always very pleased. I had few specifically with Santa, and honestly it is hard to find a person more polite and well mannered in this industry. I enjoyed my manicure, pedicure sessions, and did waxing with her few times as well as facial. I really appreciate when a person is not forcing you into conversation (what most manicurist do), and Santa really feels people well, knows if you are in a mood to talk or not, and it never affects the quality of her work. I had my highlights done there too, and few times came for cut and blow dry. All staff are professional and really friendly, I started going there because I felt welcomed and already a valued customer from first time I came, and it is this feeling of comfort that makes you want to go back.
Very friendly staff with a good customer rapport. Language an issue although they understood what I wanted. Would go back.

I bought a voucher for full head highlights and a haircut. I have long hair with blonde & brown highlights. I was impressed with the results. My hairdresser, Grace, did an excellent job. She knew exactly what I wanted at the consultation and I was happy with the outcome. Although it was my first time and this saloon, I felt comfortable and safe almost instantly. There were another 2 hairdressers at the time and they were very good too. I saw haircuts and dyes for other customers (men and women) and the results were excellent. My whole experience lasted 3 hours where I was offered tea and magazines. The staff is very friendly and I will go back again as they offer a discount for regular customers. Thanks Lucas.
