I booked to get gel overlay with my usual I’ve had in the past and is the best. A couple of hours before my treatment, I received a phone call from them asking me to reschedule saying she was ill. They have called to reschedule on numerous occasions.
I changed my times to suit them and was assigned someone else.
Every time I visit, the manicurist complains that they haven’t had a lunch break and are exhausted so they are obviously being overworked. Not happy with my nails this time.

They didn’t do both treatments at the same time and the pedicure was very slow, so I was late for my next appointment. I also didn’t get the additional perks for the upgraded treatments.
