I had the most terrible and traumatising experience - the police became involved as I was detained inside the shop by a male employee called Ian. I was called in for a complimentary nail appointment by a customer manager after my previous visit and negative review, involving Ian again. I re-attended as invited and on my way out Ian blocked the door demanding that I pay. I called the police, who had no units to send. Ian detained me for 2 hrs inside the shop verbally abusing me. I paid to leave.

The girls are amazing. I had various hair treatments and can't wait to have more. They put natural oil on your head and hair and give you a massage or two. That's exactly what my hair needs. It will be my treat of the month going forward!

Nail Refill
I come to this salon because of their good services even though it’s a bit pricey. But this time… they rescheduled the appointment with a couple of hours before and I initially booked with Svitlana (she does amazing nails) and I got a trainee. Bless her heart she did a fantastic job to repair a broken nail but no polygel was used to do my polygel infills which was confusing as she did normal thin gel over my previous polygel and left me with uneven nails..
