Prices are high compared to the area and it’s not worth it. Main reason I would never come back is the way the manager talked to me. She was rude and arrogant. Booked an appointment with a specific stylist and they changed with another person just 5 mins before I could cancel it without losing my money.The other option was to postpone the appoint by 2 months. A free mask is not the way to fix things, a sorry would have been appreciated

I had a good experience while I was there. Everyone were friendly, and attentive. Rebecca seemed like she knew what she was doing. However, when I got home, I found my hair was rough and sticky, I then realised they had left half the shampoo in my hair and done the blow dry over that. I should have figured it out earlier, but I never thought a mistake like that would be made. I called the salon the next day and asked them to request the manager to call me I never heard back. Hence the review.

First I booked with a senior a hair stylist and when I got there he was on holidays and the job was passed to a non senior hair stylist. The blow dry was really nothing special, it did not look I just left the hairdresser. Disappointing, I will not come back! Staff and venue are nice
