Came to repair shellac on 2 nails. The black hair lady at reception made me scream from pain as she started taking my (!) natural nail off with the electric file. This is after me telling her 3 times that it s painful when she used it to take off shellac and that one nail doesn’t even have shellac. The manicure was terrible as well and it lasted exactly 3 days, with shellac chipping off completely! What a terrible job!
5 star salon, beautiful and clean. The 2 lovely ladies who took care of me were both amazing, professional and very attentive. They spoiled me and made me feel like a princess. Best polygel ombre nails I have ever had (and I am very fussy with nails).
I always go here for nails. Very friendly and nice people. Always listening in and paying attention to how you like your nails to be.

A scam for sure!
The “technicians” are not trained so I cannot blame them but I do want to mention the supervisor/manager who I asked “come and see my nails” and his response was “no, this is not my job, I am not a specialist”. I later explained my experience (see below) to which he kept saying “calm down”. Got fed up and said I am leaving (as I had already prepaid). He asked a staff member to stop me!!! I left saying f@&k u - not excused whatsoever but I was beyond myself.
The below is the experience from a technical level (not service as that’s a whole other story!)
- the manicure is evident..
- she painted most of the nails with the small thin brush
- I paid for the luxury mani and never got the massage 1h15’!!
- only one coat mani
- The staff did not speak English. I asked for the colour 4 times and she could not understand
- pedi was 30’ delayed
- she did not sterilise the equipment
- she used the curbed scissors the wrong way around
- I asked for my feet not to be painted as I did not trust and did not want to waste another 30’
Thankfully I am laughing 😂😅
