The staff were lovely but the water was cold and instead of heating the kettle and making warm water they washed in cold water. apologies were made, but could've done better. when i asked for more layers she just shortened my hair which was really disappointing because she took 2 years of growth off. The cut wasn't great, really boxy and my hair's curly so it needed to be softer.
