I booked the visit 1 day in advance and the salon didn't get the booking on time; so they were overbooked. They squeezed me in anyway and were very friendly. The cut was good and professionally done. The salon is quite small, but the staff are great and I'll definitely go back - though next time I'll call for an appointment!

I didn't get any sort of welcome, asked for tea ans was given coffee, no aftercare products put on my wet hair when I left the salon. for the price, it was OK. but nothing special.
