My stylist did not show up for my appointment. Luckily Dawn was fantastic and offered to do my hair even though she is freelance and not paid by the salon. I understand things happen but I’ve also not had any contact from the salon owner afterwards by way of an apology for the situation. Again I want to reiterate Dawn was great and if I could give her a personal review I would.

I had my haircut on holiday. It was a mess. They had cut my long hair into a triangle at the back. Went to Zoe when I got back. We had no choice but to cut it short. Zoe gave me a very stylish modern bob. I, my friends and family love it. Everyone there us so friendly and the Salon is always clean.
