I can’t recommend Ben highly enough. His understanding of the body, movement, and recovery is outstanding, supported by his background as a PT. Ben always takes the time to explain what’s going on and why he’s treating things in a certain way. Every session feels completely tailored. The sports massages are targeted and effective but importantly results-driven. I always leave feeling looser and more mobile. Ben is also able to offer suggested exercises to support the session moving forwards.
