So happy with my cut. The attention to detail is exceptional. Karen is a confident cutter, warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She listens and nothing is too much trouble. Patient and my appointments never feel rushed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. If I could give more stars I would.
