I initially went in for my hair permed. I knew it needed a good cut but after cutting and looking at my hair Karen advised not to have a perm as it was over processed. Not many hairdressers would do that, they would just stick another perm on top.
Once Karen had cut my hair the curl just bounced back. A lot shorter, but in much better condition.
