My stylist was lovely, but for what I paid, I can't say I was in love with the results - I showed a reference image that wasn't followed, and my trim is a little wonky. It didn't feel relaxing and I'm disappointed with my colour. Went straight to Boots and bought a toner and mask to try and salvage it, but I will definitely have to go to another salon soon to get it fixed. This is the first review I've ever left anyone so I feel awful that it's not the best, but felt like a waste of money.
