Really friendly. Made a last minute booking (few hours before) & they hadn’t realised I was coming. My hairdresser was clearly behind & I felt like I was a hassle but she squeezed me in & was a total pleasure. Unfortunately I wish she hadn’t. Asked for a 70s layered look, showed pictures but the very first cut took about 6 inches off giving me what can only be described as 90s boyband curtains. It looks truly horrendous on me. She was apologetic & it’ll grow back but felt like I should comment.
