At times during my appointment I wasn't sure whether I was in a salon or an immersive fringe theatre experience - but in the best possible way! I hate the term "banter", but the team's ability to interact with clients in a charming, disarming and highly entertaining way turned out to be an unexpected highlight and made for a memorable salon experience. I would pay for the atmosphere alone. The fact my haircut is *absolutely flawless* and exactly what I asked for feels like a bonus! Recommend.
