Had such a good haircut from Claire. The salon is lovely and welcoming and Claire was really helpful in working out with me what I wanted. Would thoroughly recommend this place!

What I got wasn’t balayage, it was a full head of highlights (true balayage is done without foils). The colour on top is patchy, around my hairline is bordering on orange and the underneath is pure white, when I asked for “not too blonde.”
The true result was only visible when I left the salon due to the internal lighting. I’m paying another salon to have the colour fixed.

Was made to feel very welcome. I was having hair cut off to donate which I hadn't done before but Claire was very helpful. No natural light in the salon itself but that's obviously nobody's fault and the staff have clearly done their best with lighting. I'll certainly visit again as I didn't know I had such a great salon so near to me!
