It was my first time ever getting my hair done (bleached and dyed purple) and straight away even from my patch test appointment, everyone at the salon was really knowledgeable and helpful. For my actual appointment Sarah could not have been more friendly and welcoming and she gave me some good advice which I really appreciated as it was my first experience with hair. Regarding the finished product, my hair turned out even better than I had hoped and was a vibrant strong purple. 10/10 recommend.
