Come knowing exactly how to describe what you want and having paid for the correct thing ahead of time because they will not have time to add anything else. They were all super lovely people and I left with an absolutely beautiful natural blonde look (albeit not exactly what I had initially wanted, no root shadow but that was my fault for not knowing how to explain it better). I plan to go back!
