Asked for a simple dip powder removal, nails shortened, with a clear protective coat. I ended up arguing with them to use acetone instead of filing away my real nails and causing a lot of pain. My nails were not cut even or shaped, and there was confusion about what a clear protective top coat was.
I could have done this better and quicker myself but went in thinking it was for convenience. Not worth 1 hour of my time or £20
