I’m covered in a burn like rash, It feels like a layer of skin has come off! I’ve never come up in a rash like this from waxing before and remember at the time thinking this hurts a lot more than usual. The waxing is also very patchy, lots of patches of hair. Will not be returning sadly especially as I’m owed £10 from pre-paying an arm wax that didn’t happen.

Not all the residue from the get nails was removed. I mentioned this to the technician, but she said it would come off after a while. It has not come off 5 days after my appointment.

Good, but at the end of the treatment I wasn’t sure how long I had to stay for the nails to dry, and I couldn’t see the girl anywhere.

If you want to be hairless after a waxing treatment, go anywhere but not here. The wax they use is one of the cheapest which doesn’t pull the hair but is only breaks it also the techniques used are far from the way it should be done.
Paid £55 for the most painful treatment I’ve ever had and also I’m left with tons of hair all over my body. My clothes has been covered in wax as well due to how the lady was working. The room was also very dirty, the floors was full of hair and wax
