This place is just the worst, most unprofessional and disorganised beauty salon I have ever been to. It was not a very hospitable, welcoming or calming environment to be in. I was seen 15 minutes late. I booked the treatments I wanted through Treat Well however they hadn’t a clue what I pre-booked and sat me down to do OPI gel nails when I had booked something else.
The eyebrows were very disappointing too, it felt like an ammeter was doing it, I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 9 years now and she definitely didn’t know what she was doing. Plus the therapist kept walking off during my treatment to answer the phone, talking to other clients, attending to something in the other treatment t room etc. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I would never go again nor recommend to anyone! I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I went in very excited and enthusiastic, I left in a very bad mood.
