Nail technician was extremely rough while doing my nails. My hands hurt a lot after all the pulling by the technician. £5 was knocked off my bill for an apology by the worker on reception he was polite and friendly. Will not be going back for nail services anytime soon.

The salon is lovely and very spacious, everything is clean and modern and staff were friendly. I preferred the pedicure to the manicure as there was more attention given but the manicure was good to( just no cream used or hand massage)They were done by two different people.

The infill were great as usual, the pedicure was terrible. The lady grated my feet with a cheese grater. I was shocked and in pain. I will revisit but ensure the pedicure is not with the same lady.

I arrived at the venue on time and was seated almost immediately. My therapist was ready for me and had a cup of tea brought over. Usual chit chat and conversation was friendly and welcoming as always. Gel infills were perfect as was the gel colour. Always a vast choice of gel colour here, something for everyone. Other staff stop and say hello or smile and the place has a really warm feeling.
