What took me by surprise is the unprofessional way of taking my very badly lifted acrylics off...no soaking in acetone but using a nail top and forcefully lifting the acrylic off..just to make the appointment shorter...my nail bed got badly damaged to which point it hurt for a while. Been going here a few times and this has been the worst experience... the final result of new acrylics is quite satisfactory but the removal of my old acrylics wasn’t, and that may have put me off from returning there again...

My nails were in a horrible state, and the skin on my hands was very dry. I was expecting a bit more effort to remove the dry excess skin around the nail, most of which is unfortunately still there. The lady was nice and polite though
