I went in to get my finger nails removed and it was a long wait of twenty minutes making me late to catch my train. Staff not all that interested. Seemed more interested when they were putting the nails on. Not that they remembered, asking me where I got them done. Spent £60 on a mani-pedi with gel and then they seemed more interested. I don’t like when businesses are more interested in the value of the payment than the customer! They then had a dispute at their till about whether to charge me £5 for the removal or £10 even though it clearly says on their price list £5! After this experience have decided to remove my toe nails elsewhere nearer to my home, probably outside of Treatwell as none of the businesses near me use it.

Great gel manicure. Gels stayed for over 2 weeks which never happens for me! Quick and friendly service -highly recommended.

First time at the salon. I had a good experience. The staff are nice and place is very nice inside. The pedicure could have been longer as they didn't remove my hard skin. My friend was finished after me when she started earlier and the girl did a very good job on her feet unlike mine. The gel nail were very good however my hands were not massaged and I booked a manicure also.
