My husband's appointment was booked for 12pm but they said they don't have that time available on arrival. Also the package included wash +haircut for £20. But they didn't do the wash. Pathetic service and attitude from staff. Highly disappointed.

I normally love my pedicures at Full Stop and this one was fine but I thought maybe the lady that did the pedicure this time might have been new as it wasn't as fast or as smooth as usual? Otherwise, all good.

i love having my nails done here. second to none. the guy who does my nails isnt particularly friendly but he is excellent!
